By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Descriptions

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance
• Natural materials (including wood flooring) will vary in colour, grain, and character
• Samples should always be used as a guide only

We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
• Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected

Special Orders & Bespoke Products

• Special order and bespoke items are produced specifically for your order
• These items cannot be cancelled or returned once production or dispatch has begun
• Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable

Installation & Inspection

Customers must:

• Inspect goods before installation
• Not install any product believed to be faulty or incorrect

Installation of goods is deemed acceptance of the product. Claims for visible defects cannot be accepted after installation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Installation errors
• Labour costs
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays outside our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
